Nova Clave Music Studio Policy

Lesson Times: Lessons are scheduled at a regular time each week and remain consistent unless otherwise arranged.

Rescheduling: Students are encouraged to attend lessons at their designated times each week. Lessons missed by students will not be rescheduled, regardless of the reason, to respect the teacher’s time and commitment to all students.

Teacher Cancellations: If the teacher must cancel a lesson due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will either reschedule the lesson or apply a credit toward the next month’s tuition.

Holidays: Lessons are not held on major holidays, and tuition is not refunded or prorated for these dates. Tuition is based on a flat monthly rate that accounts for the total number of lessons provided throughout the year, averaging four lessons per month. this policy ensures consistency in scheduling and billing.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us 24 hours in advance to inform the teacher. However, please note that cancelled lessons will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Lessons will end at the scheduled time, even if the student arrives late. We cannot extend lessons due to late arrivals.

No-Shows: If a student does not show up for a scheduled lesson without notice, the lesson is forfeited, and a no-show fee (see below) will apply.

Monthly Tuition: Tuition is due at the beginning of each month and covers your scheduled lesson time slot.

Late Payment Fee: Payments not received by the first normally scheduled lesson date each month will incur a $10 late fee.

No-Show Fee: For lessons where a student does not attend and provides no notice, a $25 no-show fee will be charged.

Late Arrival Fee: No additional fee applies for late arrivals, but please note that the lesson will end at its scheduled time.
